COVID-19 Update - as of 05/13/2020

High Plains Orthodontics will reopen on May 13th, 2020. We will have adjusted business hours to accommodate social distancing and the order of 10 people or less. We are continuing to take extra precautions to limit exposure; however, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure entirely.

Our procedures at this time are as follows: Patients only will be allowed in the building for their appointments and we will have forms for the patient to bring out to the car to have a parent fill out. We will be taking temperatures when they come in and also giving them a pair of gloves to wear while in the clinic. They will brush their teeth at the assistant station and will also use a mouthwash/peroxide rinse before the appointment begins.

If you have questions or concerns about our protocols, please feel free to contact us. Also, if you do not have an appointment scheduled, please feel free to call our office to schedule, but please understand we will have a high call volume as we reopen and we would like for you to leave us a message if we do not answer when you call.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times and know that we are doing our best to provide the best care to our patients and keep them, their families, and our staff healthy at the same time.
