COVID-19 APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Dear valued patient,
In light of concerns surrounding coronavirus and in response to the latest recommendation from the American Dental Association, we are suspending non-essential care beginning March 23. The decision to suspend treatment will be re-evaluated as we monitor state and national recommendations. We will resume care for all patients when the threat level decreases to an acceptable level. We have hope that this will be a short closure. But given the rapidly changing environment, we are unable to make predictions about the best course of action beyond two weeks. You can expect an update by April 3. We are very anxious to resume your treatment as soon as possible.
If you have an appointment scheduled from March 23 to April 3, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. Please do not contact our office to reschedule. As of today, we are only rescheduling patients who have appointments before April 6. If the decision is made to extend our closure past April 6, we will correspondingly reschedule as needed.
Drs. Doi and Hanigan are reviewing each patient’s treatment status prior to rescheduling to select appointments that we feel must be kept. If we reschedule your appointment, the Drs. will have pre-determined that the delay in treatment will have minimal or no impact on the final outcome.
If you have an urgent need during this time, such as pain or injury, we will be available for emergency appointments. Please call our office so we may determine the best course of action for your specific situation.
We look forward to seeing you back in our office soon.
